Local artwork check
The public artwork checker reads the chosen image in your browser to check its dimensions and file size. That check does not upload the image; submitting artwork through your account is a separate action.
Your information
How account details, enquiries, artwork and advertising reports are handled on this website.
The website stores your email address, securely hashed password, account details, campaign requests, website preferences and messages. Private advertiser records are available to the account holder and authorized staff.
Uploaded images, artwork names, review notes and linked campaign details are stored for your account. Source artwork is private. When delivery is authorized, a connected publisher downloads an approved copy to show publicly as an advertisement.
Contact forms store the information you submit so staff can respond. An SMTP connection is configured for website email. Individual account and campaign notification features depend on the workflow enabled for that action. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive documents in messages.
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. A short-lived preference cookie can preserve a package selection. Advertising reports record the campaign, publisher, position, device format and event time. Publisher display uses short-lived sessions and does not require a persistent visitor identifier.
The website uses connected services to support account, form, mail and future payment functions. Live payment processing remains deferred. Marketing subscriptions are separate from necessary account communications.
Contact the team for access, correction, deletion or other questions about your records. Retention periods and the final paid-service privacy notice must be completed before commercial launch.
Use the public website without putting confidential information into a campaign brief.

Once approved for delivery, the banner and its destination are intended to be public. Avoid personal or confidential details in the creative that should not appear on a publisher website.
Use account support for campaign-specific enquiries. Describe the record you need help with without sending passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
